I was extremely disappointed to receive thie dress and find out is is not a dress but a harness. When it says dress, I do not expect velcro belly straps. I have spent a lot of money on this site and expected better. Be careful. If it has a D-ring on the back it is a harness. It looks awful on her. It cannot be returned. What a waste of money.
